The final concept will be developed further to include all the mechanical and electronic details.
Depending on the client requirements, we can either hand over the 3D CAD files where all surfacing details are available or we can continue with the development of the respective product parts and components.

1 | Rapid Prototyping
Rapid prototyping turns digital 3D models into physical models. This approach allows for fast iteration and testing of design concepts and has become an important part of the product development and innovation process
2 | CNC maching
CNC machining with both metal and resin materials is arguably the most commonly used prototyping and production process due to it's ability to produce complex shapes with high precision and repeatability.
3 | Rapid / Soft Tooling
Rapid tooling produces small batches of plastic parts that are mechanically and structurally closest to the final. This allows a more accurate evaluation of the product/part before kick starting the hard tooling.
4 | Vacuum Casting
Also known as Urethane casting or silicone molding, it is an extremely adaptable manufacturing process capable of mimicking the injection molding process to produce complex parts in urethane or silicone.
5 | Sheet Metal Bending
Commonly used in industries like automotive, aircraft, and electronics for the production of parts like brackets, panels, and enclosures, it is one of the most cost-effective and efficient manufacturing process.
6 | Plastic Injection Molding
Highly efficient and cost effective for mass-producing plastic parts with high precision. We have deep expertise in various injection molding types such as insert molding, overmolding and 2K molding.
7 | Finishing processes
Post-production processes designed to enhance the appearance, durability, and performance of manufactured parts are an important part of the manufacturing process. The processes consists of, but not limited to, spray painting, anodizing and silkscreen printing.
8 | Turnkey assembly
We provide assembly services to deliver the final product in the ready-to-use state.
